SOS Meals on Wheels
This non-profit addresses the issue of senior isolation and hunger by serving over 1,800 meals each day throughout the San Francisco East Bay. The SOS organization is part of a larger network of over of 5,000 independently-run local meals on wheels programs across the United States. Modiv was commissioned to document the dedicated staff and volunteers who work tirelessly to prepare and deliver meals to seniors in need. The client is using the images in social media, fundraising campaigns, newsletters and reports, to highlight the importance of the services they provide.

NorCal Carpenters Union
With over 36,000 active members in the San Francisco Bay Area, this labor union fights for equal rights and fair working conditions for all members including women and veterans. Modiv worked on job sites to photograph union members and their projects. The result is a comprehensive and authentic image library showing the diverse workforce that NorCal represents, and the tools of the trade they use every day to build the Bay Area.
